Clara Chow, Founder, has extensive experience in the sustainability arena and specializes in innovations in the water sector along with other clean technologies.  She authored and continues to lecture on topics pertaining to: sustainable enterprises (e.g., greening the global supply chain and promoting innovations through green concepts), effective organization designs/structures, and risk assessment/risk management/risk communication.   Prior to her consulting work in strategy and business development for start-ups and emerging companies, she held senior positions during her 22 year tenure at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Recognized for her engineering and technical achievements, Clara was honored at EPA’s Commemorative Poster of Contemporary Women Scientists and Engineers for “Making a Difference in Environmental Protection” and was awarded as one of the Top 50 Women in Science by the National Technical Association.   She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and a Masters in (Environmental) Engineering from Cornell University.  As a Sloan Fellow graduate, Clara holds a M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Heading C-Cynergy NA, LLC’s business development worldwide, Alan Tay has an extensive background in the international corporate sustainability arena.  He also is the Managing Director of the consulting firm, AvGlobe Business Group, and the Chief Executive Officer of China International Development and Investment Corporation (CIDIC) – North America, a global investment and corporate development company.  His projects focus on the energy and natural resource sectors.  With a M.B.A. from the University of NewCastle, Alan brings significant experience in orchestrating the commercialization of innovative technologies, cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and management for various renewable energy and resource ventures.
